Order Flow:
* When the client confirms the models to buy, we will send a Proforma Invoice with bank information.
* The client needs check and confirm the details on invoice, then pay the deposit.
* Upon receipt of bank transfer slip, we will arrange production immediately. We will keep you informed with production process. You will find out we thrive to get goods ready within the lead time committed.
* The production lead time may vary from different models and upon specific requests. Normally we will tell you the completion date in advance.
* Once all the goods are ready, we will send pictures / videos for you to check and confirm.
* When everything is confirmed, please arrange the balance payment so that we can ship out goods immediately.
* Depending on the order size we can work with different shipping forwarders. We provide the most secure and cost effective options for our clients. 
* In priority we ship using the forwarder assigned by the client. If the client doesn't have a forwarder, we will use our forwarder instead.
* Normally one week after the goods are departed, the B/L will be telex released. We will send you all the shipping documents including Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List. Please forward those information to your local broker for Customs Clearance when the goods arrive your port.
* Sea shipping time is normal around 15 to 35 days depending on the destination port.
